The company operates China's first fully automated multilayer co-fired piezoelectric ceramic production line, equipped with complete facilities for single-layer and multilayer device manufacturing. These include high-precision imported equipment such as tape casting machines, stacking machines, isostatic presses, cutting machines, and printing systems. Additionally, we utilize large-scale domestic equipment including tunnel furnaces, high-speed centrifugal drying towers, and automatic presses.
With strong emphasis on R&D capabilities, our technical team comprises 3 PhD holders and 8 master's degree specialists. We allocate 15% of annual revenue to research and development, dedicated to continuously optimizing, upgrading, and creating higher-performance, cost-effective piezoelectric ceramic products for diverse applications.
Our core R&D focuses on piezoelectric ceramic powders including P4, P5, P8 series and lead-free formulations. Primary products encompass piezoelectric ceramic powders, ultrasonic transducer elements, piezoelectric ceramic actuators, high-temperature piezoelectric ceramic plates, and piezoelectric actuators. These solutions find applications across industrial, consumer electronics, medical, aerospace, and defense technology sectors. We also provide customization and development services for specialized requirements including tailored powders, target blocks, single-layer ceramics, and multilayer stacked actuators.
