Ultra-high-temperature piezoelectric slices

Ultra-high temperature piezoelectric ceramics are monolithic piezoelectric ceramic products. These ceramics exhibit a high Curie temperature and significant piezoelectric response, making them suitable for vibration monitoring in high-temperature environments such as internal combustion engines and turbines.

Features:

(1) Excellent temperature stability of piezoelectric constants, with stable performance at 482°C (less than 5% attenuation after 10^7 cycles);

(2) High Curie temperature, exceeding 750°C;

(3) Low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, coupled with high sensitivity.
